Its a big town house very modern and really close to the beach and surf. We are right in the center of Caparica and close to all amenities.
There wont be anything missing around this area for you to have a perfect vacation.
If you dont want to drive around and escape the crazy city traffic just rent a bike, catch a ferry and you are at Lisbon's city center. We can tell you how to get there in 40min, max 15min bike ride and then you catch a ferry.
It will be the best way to see Lisbon with a bike and maybe later a tram.
Caparica is the most consistent spot around Lisbon, most of our pro surfers will train right in fron of the house and its perfect beach breaks for beginners and intermidiate.
You will have a great time here.

Its a big house with 5 rooms and almost every room has ocean views.
The top floor has 1 double/twin room and a shared triple room; you can also hang out in a nice living room or at the balcony for sunset drinks.
On the main floor you have a nice big living room with garden views, a toilet and a full kitchen ready for you to use.
The first floor has a suite that has a double king, private bathroom and a walk in closet. You can also add an extra bed for an additional fee.
There's also 2 double/twin rooms, one of them has a small balcony.
On the 2nd floor there's another 2 double/twin rooms and a huge balcony with chairs where you can enjoy the sun and check the surf.
Outside there's lots of space for you to get a tan, make a barbecue and hang out with others if you wish; or maybe just choose your own corner of the garden and read a book.

We provide Airport Transfers from and to Lisbon and they can be booked in the booking steps.

Surf Lessons we offer:
Kids Surf Lessons
We offer surf lessons for kids and make sure they have a great and safe time! If they are very small they will need to have a private lesson so we wont let go. These lessons are more expensive but it will be the best for your kids.
Ask us the price for private lessons.
Beginner Surf Lessons
Our lessons are around 2h each and usually we do not advise to have ore then a lesson a day so you arent to tired and get hit with too much information. We will try to teach you to go surf and practiice what you have learned all by yourself next time. Safety is the main topic then lets go catch some waves together and have fun!
Intermediate Surf Lessons
For intermidiate students we try to teach you some new techniques and to correct some mistakes you may have picked up with time.
We will check your level and try to give you the best tips possible.
Advanced Surf Lessons
Advanced surfers should maybe have private lessons and get our full attention. We usually try to film you and then correct any mistakes you may be doing. Usually you have a lesson on you 2nd day to see whats up with your surfing, then let you train for a couple of days and fix mistakes. On your 5th day we film you again and try to show your progress. If you prefer we will be with yoou everyday.

We will be with you at all times and design a weekly program for your level.

Its the most consistent spot close to Lisbon. You can surf with all tides our beach breaks. Theres a special bodyboard waves, a spot where you can get a bit more swell if its small and theres another spot for smaller waves in case theres too much swell.

Downtown Lisbon city itself does not have a beach and walking around siteseeing you may be oblivious to the fact that dozens of beautiful white sandy surf beaches are only a 5 minute car drive away (Or 4 train stops!)
The surrounding beaches pick up all the swells the Atlantic have to offer making it one of the most consistent surf destinations in the World.
The area has a good selection for all standards. Closest to the city would be Caxias & Santo Amaro de Oeiras. Caxias is a beautiful beach that on its day can produce perfect lefthander barrels. Oeiras is more of a winter wave and is one of the best waves in Portugal.
Next stop is Carcavelos, probably Portugal's most famous wave. Its one of the best beach breaks in Europe and regularly hosts National competitions. It suits all standards, a perfect place to learn and a great place to score some fast beach barrels with multiple peaks along the 1km stretch of beach.
There are many other spots along the coastline that runs from Lisbon out to Estoril & Cascais. Long boarders will love Sao Pedro and short boarders will thrive on spots like Poca and Sao Joao. Then on the other side of Cascais there is the stunning long white sandy Guincho beach, one of Portugal's most consistent surf spots, usually best in the morning as it can be exposed to afternoon onshore winds.
Across the river Tejo in Setubal, a 20 minute drive away, is the less crowded Costa de Caparica. Perfect for beginner/intermediates as the man made jetties create nice consistent waves. The beach stretches for 30kms and all of it is surfable!
Lisbon is also a great base to explore other regions. The surf mecca of Ericeira is only 35 minutes drive away and 1 hour north is Peniche, host of the WSL World Tour every October.
