For customers travelling over the coming days, please be assured that we will do our best to help any customer that becomes affected by cancellation of their flights due to Volcanic Ash

We ask that customers whose flight is cancelled take the next available flight on that day and contact us to inform of their delayed arrival.

If flights have been cancelled until the following day or days we ask that the customer first contact us to discuss availability and then rebook their flights. If this is not possible then a full refund will be given for all listed accommodations on our website with the exception of:

1. Baleal Beach House, Peniche, The Surf House, Lagos -  instead of a refund 2 years credit will be given which will allow the customer to rebook for a different time

2. The Castlecap Apartments, Capbreton - cancellation will be dealt with at the time whereby a fee may be charged or a booking may be rescheduled

Please note that in all cases if there is a difference in price between the customers original date and the new dates booked the customer will be required to pay or will receive the difference back.

Extended stays
Customer whose homebound flight  has been cancelled will have to cover any extended stay and discuss a refund with their airline or insurance provider

It is essential that customers who have booked a transfer get in touch with both us and the transfer contact that was given upon booking. If no contact is made a charge will apply as the driver will have gone to the airport to collect the customer.
