An exceptional house for unforgettable holiday!
6 bedrooms for 12 people, ideal for families and groups. A garden of 2'000m2, to have peace of mind and to let off steam (including your dog). An exceptional view of the Vilarrube beach from the balcony on the second floor, to get lost in the horizon. Lots of rooms with character, to spend a good time with friends or to simply retrieve.
On the ground floor, you will find an equipped kitchen (oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine and crockery), a dining room, a WC, a bathroom, a lounge with fireplace and a veranda.
From the veranda, you will have access to the annex which includes a carnotzet with a gas stove and bread oven, a laundry room with washing machine, a bedroom and a bathroom (WC + shower).
The ground floor has 175m2.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom (WC + bath), as well as two rooms called "galerias" overlooking the sea.
The first floor has 106m2.
On the second floor, under the roof, you reach the terrace / balcony with sea view. There you will also find two bedrooms.
This second floor has 106m2.
At the end of the garden is a second annex of 78m2, in which serves as a fitness / gym.
Location
The village of Villarrube is located in the region of Rias Altas, 120 km from the pilgrimage site of Santiago de Compostela, 70 km from the town of A Coruna and 5 km from Cedeira, known for its gastronomy. Villarrube beach, 500m from the house, is one of the most beautiful beaches in Galicia and is surrounded by a magnificent nature reserve. No mass tourism but nature and tranquility!
Pantin beach is located 6km from Villarrube. Pantin is the most famous surf beach in Galicia, thanks in particular to the Pantin Classic Galicia Pro, a professional competition of the World Surf League. The beach of Pantin allows surfing all year round and the size of the waves varies, so that everyone can have fun (including beginners!).
The Rias Altas region of northern Galicia offers you an extraordinary succession of cliffs, beaches, lighthouses and fishing villages, all in an atmosphere of legends. Breathtaking hikes or walks, bike tours along the Atlantic with a breathtaking view, yoga at the beach admiring the sunrise or sunset, exceptional gastronomy, ... everyone will be able to find happiness here!

5 minutes from Villarrube is one of Galicia's most famous surfing beaches, the Playa de Pantin. The place is beautiful! It is one of the best beach to breaks in Spain. The wave offers several peaks and works in many conditions. Many competitions take place in Pantin, notably the Abanca Pantin Classic Galicia Pro.

- Your balance is due to the property 28 days before arrival. The Property will contact you to collect payment. If you book within this 28 days then the property will contact you shortly after you book to collect the balance.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
- To cancel go to the MyAccount section and log in or register and you can cancel from within your account.
- Your deposit is non refundable but can be used for the same property/surf school within one year of your original booking.
- You can cancel anytime up to 30 days before travelling and you will be refunded the balance.
