The Santa Cruz Surf House is an adapted family villa in the heart of beautiful Santa Cruz. The house is social, full of features, and has cool decor. The property offers comfortable rooms with two distinct floors. There are four shared rooms on the ground floor and five double rooms on the first floor if you want a little more privacy.
Large and fully equipped kitchen, daily maid service, large lounge, and free Wi to Fi are some of its facilities. There’s also huge terrace with barbecue area, pool, and a large garden. There are many common places of relaxation where you can listen to music, watch a movie, or relax in the garden after the long day of surf. The surf camp is a cool villa, social, full of features, and offers comfortable rooms, fully kitchen, large lounge, free Wi to Fi, and huge terraces with barbecue area.
The surf camp's most popular common areas is the barbecue area, equipped with a barbecue next to the swimming pool. To chill out after surfing you can do it on the garden next to the swimming pool, on the barbecue area, on the comfortable living room or on one of the hidden corners of the villa.
It is located close to the beach, so you can walk or bike there and you are already in the ocean or on the cliffs for a beautiful sunset!

Portugal is a very consistent surf spot, there are waves all year round. It is considered to be one of the most consistent countries to surf. This program will take place just a five-minute walk to the beach.

Kids Surf Lessons
We offer surf lessons from six to sixty nine year old. We have a 1:6 instructor to student ratio. Kids wetsuit and adapted soft surfboards are included.
We give our students the best support and help to advance fast.The goal of the lessons is to familiarize you with the sea and waves to make you feel comfortable in the water and have the feeling of riding a wave.
Beginner Surf Lessons
We have a 1:6 instructor to student ratio. Top quality Wetsuits and Soft Surfboards are included.
In the BEGINNER surf courses we teach you the right take-off technique to make you stand on the board. The goal of the lessons is to familiarize you with the sea and waves to make you feel comfortable in the water and have the feeling of riding a wave.
Intermediate Surf Lessons
The INTERMEDIATE surf courses are for surfers who are already familiar with surfing the whitewater. We want to surf the first unbroken waves with you and try to teach you the first turns. We will give you good tips to get your surfing to the next level.
In our lessons we treat surfers of all levels individually, to give them the best support and help to advance fast.
Advanced Surf Lessons
So you are able to surf green waves and you feel comfortable in waves up to 1.50 m? Then you will be taught in our ADVANCED surf courses. Your surf coach will go surfing with you and try to spot and correct your mistakes. You will get valuable tips so you get the chance to optimize your surfing and improve your abilities on the board during the time of your stay.
Private Surf Lessons
Furthermore, it is very important where the lessons take place. Surfing in Peniche or Surfing in Santa Cruz, we take you to carefully chosen spots where the conditions are best for you.

This amazing uncrowded coastline between Santa Cruz to Praia da Areia Branca offers many beach breaks and reefs. With beach breaks in each town suitable for learning and many off the beaten track waves along the coastline it is a great place to explore without the concern for large crowds.
Santa Cruz beach break gets good swell and waves are great on small to medium west swells. It can get crowded in the summer months but you only have to walk five minutes to find a peak that is quieter.
Praia da Areia Branca gets consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds and best around low tide when the tide is falling. Even when there are waves, it's not likely to be crowded. Take care of urchins and rocks.
Don't forget to explore the towns of Peniche and Ericeira
