The hostel can accommodate 18 guests in 6 dorm rooms and 2 private rooms.
The hostel is close to shops and restaurants and only 5 minutes walking from the beach. It has a stunning roof top terrace with a view of the beautiful ocean sunset on one side and the mountains on the other.
There is a dedicated workspace and multiple communal areas on the property. Amenities include all essentials, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, and BBQ.
Location
Tamraght is a small surfer town with a very laid back vibe and is incredibly safe for tourists. The village has everything you need: a currency exchange, pharmacy, barber, food, shops, transportation, and Moroccan friendliness. Tamraght has many restaurants catering to European travellers, some at local prices and some with European prices. Getting around Tamraght, and the Moroccan surf coast in general is incredibly easy. There is a six kilometre promenade from Devils Rock north to Taghazout along the beach that can be walked, biked or skated. The small size of Tamraght means that everything within the village including the beaches are walkable in a matter of minutes.
Tamraght is located close to many worldclass surfbreaks. Within just 30 minutes driving there are more than 25 surf spots for every level. The waves are consistently good all year round, with some of the best swells in the world. Today, Tamraght has become a popular destination for surfers from all over the world due to its consistent waves and laid to back atmosphere.

The shared rooms provide a livelier social atmosphere and can enhance closer connections with fellow surfers. Staying in our shared rooms offers the opportunity to interact, bond, and exchange stories with like to minded individuals from diverse corners of the globe. The shared experience of chasing waves, communal dining, and evenings filled with laughter creates a social atmosphere that enriches the surf journey.
Each room has 2 to 3 bunk beds with all the essentials including towels, bed sheets and extra pillows and blankets on request. The hostel benefits from a two story terraced area, multiple communal areas, a large dining area, table tennis, hammocks, and a kitchen. There is free WiFi throughout the surf house and a satellite TV hooked up to a 50′ screen for entertainment.

Kids Surf Lessons
Beginner Surf Lessons
Daily program consists of 2 hours surf lesson and includes softboard and wetsuit. We pick you up from the hostel and take you to the best location according to the conditions and your level. A beginners surf lesson starts with a warmup and practice on the ground, where you'll learn how to paddle and pop up on the board before moving to the sea.
Intermediate Surf Lessons
If you are an intermediate surfer, you already have some paddling skills and you manage to catch some green waves, with some help from an instructor. The instructor takes you to the best location according to the conditions and your level. The package includes a 2 hour surf lesson, soft board, wetsuit, lunch on the beach and further time to practice on your own with the instructor giving advice.
Advanced Surf Lessons
We pick you up from the hostel and take you to the best location according to the conditions. This is for surfers who just want to surf the best waves the area has to offer. Our local surf instructor has been surfing and studying each spot for years and will take you to the breaks that works best for you at any given time. Includes transport and lunch on the beach.

The surrounding 10km area of Taghazout & Tamraght have gained legendary status as a surf mecca and without doubt Morocco's surf capital. There are not many places in the world that have waves accessible to beginner, intermediate and advanced surfers but this area has it all.
Taghazout waves includes the beginner/intermediate surf spots Panaromas & Hash's Point. Further south is the long stretch of beach that leads to the next town of Tamraght, a fantastic learner area with two advanced breaks at the south end Devils Rock & Banana Point.
On the north end of town is Moroccos most famous wave, Anchor Point, a world class long right break. And around this headland is La Source & Killers, another two of Moroccos most reliable & famous waves.
10km further north is the town of Tamri which has a great selection of beginner & intermediate waves as well as a few secret spots.

How were the surf lessons?
I really wanted to learn how to surf properly and I feel I have achieved this goal. Hamza, the surf instructor was very thorough with safety, instructions on the board on the beach first then into the sea. I was SO happy and felt more and more confident. We went to several different locations with our small group. I really only surfed for one and and a half days. I didn't mind though as the quality of teaching was excellent and I achieved my goal of learning to surf, standing up :-) Thank you Hamza!
